Newlyweds Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson have exciting news to share: they are pregnant! Actress Amy, who is already a devoted mother to her five-year-old son Andreas Panayiotou from her previous relationship with George Panayiotou, announced the lovely news on their Instagram accounts. In a series of stunning photos, the couple looked blissfully in love while gently cradling Amy’s growing baby bump.

Amy Jackson shared pictures with her husband Ed Westwick where her bump is visible and it’s official they are pregnant. Dressed in a satin dress, the mommy-to-be showed off her baby bump as she posed for her hubby Ed for a series of loved-up photos to share their happy news. The pictures saw the couple locked in each other’s embrace as they posed for photos on the lawn. In a picture, Ed was also seen cradling Amy’s bump, clearly ecstatic to welcome his first child.

Opting to let the pictures convey their happiness without captions, the couple’s celebrity friends quickly flooded the comments with congratulations. Kelly Rutherford, who starred alongside Ed in Gossip Girl, shared two heart emojis, while Stacey Dooley added her enthusiastic emojis. Emma Connolly chimed in with, “Congratulations guys!!!!!! Sooooo exciting!!!!!!!! Xxxxx,” and Helen Flanagan wrote, “Congratulations darling xxxxxxx.”

Ed’s relationship with Amy’s son Andreas

While this will be the couple’s first child together, they are both well-acquainted with parenthood. Ed has formed a close bond with Amy’s son, which Amy has noted is a crucial aspect of their relationship. Amy is mother to a 5-year-old son, Andreas Jax Panayiotou, whom she shares with her former partner, hotelier George Panayiotou.

In a previous interview with India Today, she shared, “Andreas has known Ed his whole life. I think he was two when he was introduced to Ed. We were very good friends, and he’s been a part of Andreas’s life for as long as he can remember. That’s one of the reasons I love Ed so much—his relationship with Andreas and how supportive he is of me as a mother and as a working mom.”

This joyous announcement comes just weeks after the couple’s fairytale wedding in Italy, where young Andreas served as Ed’s best man. Reflecting on Andreas’s reaction to her engagement, Amy shared, “He was delighted. It was so funny because a few months ago, I had a ring on this finger, and he asked, ‘Mummy, you’re not married?’ Then he questioned, ‘Why are you not married to Eddie, Mummy?’ When I told him, ‘He hasn’t asked me,’ he said, ‘Well, I am going to tell him.’ I think he was giving Ed the green light even before Ed had a chance to ask!”
